The tents were being set up for a big mass to celebrate the new Parking lot. It is a sign that the congregation is growing and it was lovely to see the community come together to set up for the next day celebration.

San Lorenzo Ruiz
This is the front of the hall which serves as the church for now. They are planning to build their church in the future. I look forward to seeing that in the future. The structure is very bright inside. I love the space inside cause it widens and deepens towards the middle and the center.
San Lorenzo Ruiz Church in Southern California
Brianna, my mom and I went to mass at the San Lorenzo Ruiz Church in Walnut. It was a big community hall and they were even setting up outside at the parking lot for an ever bigger mass the next day. I was impressed by how the Pilipino Community has gotten together to create this community. I hope that we can be as lucky in Wellington to be blessed with a place of gathering and worship. It inspired me.
